To place an order, email me, and please be sure to include:
     Item number
     color or sizing
     quantity
     your full shipping address
     how you would like to pay
         (online payment (Paypal or Google Checkout) , direct credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex) or check or money order)
          note: if you want to use Discover, the ONLY way I can accept that is through Paypal or Google.....

ONLINE PAYMENT is the fastest way to pay.  If you are new to this, just let me know and I will e-invoice you from their secure server - and online payments are FREE to you, no worries!

For DIRECT CREDIT CARDS I will need
     1) your card number and exp date by PHONE MESSAGE (NOT email) at the Tent Line 610 439 7077.  These are messages only I can access; most secure way to do this.  Reaching me in person in tough and could delay your order.
     2) your BILLING address by email if it is different from your shipping address. I cannot stress this enough.  The card will decline if I don't have an address match, and that will delay your order.

OR  FAX your credit card info to 610 439 8449 - NOTE:  I normally respond VERY quickly to emails and faxes, so if I don't respond in a day or so, email me to make sure it went through OK

URGENT ORDER? SPECIFIC DEADLINE FOR RECEIPT?
 It is especially important you give me all the address, etc. information right up front as well as full details of what you want - color, size, etc. - I can't compute shipping and give you a total until I have your shipping address including zip. and PLEASE tell me specifically when you need the items; if I don't think I can get them to you fast enough I will tell you - and that way I'll know to expedite processing of your order. Also, be sure and tell me how you plan to pay so i can issue any online invoices rapidly.  I can't guarantee the post office's speed of delivery, but I will give you my honest opinion based on experience. And leave me a number/time to call if I have questions. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDER?
Online credit card is the primary payment method for international orders.  Credit cards must be run through paypal or google; I cannot validate credit cards outside the U.S. any other way.
If you do not have paypal or google available where you live, or choose not to use it, most customers find sending a Western Union money order the easiest way to pay.  Let me know and I will help you with the details on this.

TENT GIFT CERTIFICATES
Any amount $10 or greater.  Good for one year for anything!  Just send in an order, as per above, with the amount you want, and the recipient's information, and if I should mail it directly to the recipient or to you.
